I saw a mouse crawl under the front porch today too. Our neighbors moved out a month ago, and it appears our pest control left with them (their cat, Eva the Diva).

Grrrr.... that sucks, Lincoln.

It looks like the black mold was contained to a small strip of it where we initially punched thru. Today I ripped apart all the drywall around that space (thereby exposing it all to light) and found the rest of the mold is white and yellow. Yay!

It has been destroyed with bleach water.
