It's been a complete whirlwind of a day; Right before Matt got home, my dad showed up for computer help and while he was here, Matt came home for a split second and then left for martial arts. I think he bought the house, but there are a lot of issues and complications. I can't speak for him. I really don't know what's actually going on at the moment.
